These t-shirts have been months in the making. Or should I say years? From first conceptualizing these artworks “I’m Fine” and “King of My Heart”, to spending 100+ hrs bringing them to life on paper, and then re-imagining these pieces as t-shirts… it has been quite a journey.

When I began this project, I wanted to do more than just copy and paste my drawings onto t-shirts. Because in my opinion, art created with the intention of being hung on a wall and admired in stillness, is different from that which is designed to be worn around in everyday life where friends and strangers catch fleeting glimpses.

I wanted to make these artworks more accessible while still conveying the same story and message. And after many long nights and scrapped designs, these 4 t-shirts came to be.
